WTM Africa 2020 Registration Goes Live
CAPE TOWN, 14 January 2020 – Registrations to attend World Travel Market Africa, taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 5-8 April, are now open.
Update: 13 March 2020 – WTM Africa 2020 has been cancelled due to the current coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Africa Travel Week, which comprises World Travel Market Africa (WTM Africa) and International Luxury Travel Market Africa (ILTMA), has been postponed to 2021. Read the full story here.

The inaugural WTM Africa Travel & Tourism Awards at #WTMA20 are set to shine a spotlight on exceptional individuals and businesses who have written the most compelling stories in the book of African travel. Themed ‘Under African Skies’, the awards celebrate the best of national, regional and city tourist boards and recognise outstanding venues and service providers in 8 categories. Nomination entries close on the 31st of January 2020.
International Tourism Film Festival
This year, WTM Africa jas partnered with the International Tourism Film Festival-Africa (ITFFA) to launch the Tourism Film Conference on the 7 April 2020. This platform is the opportunity to expose African Tourism Destinations to the importance of Video Marketing and to showcase the best of African Tourism Marketing Films. The partnership with ITFFA is another way that WTM Africa remains on top of the latest international travel & tourism industry trends.
