Gary started his career with the Three Cities Hotel Group and has since held positions at Kapenta Bay Hotel, Riverside Hotel, Alpine Heath Resort, Cascades Hotel, Sun City Convention Centre, Cascades Hotel and the Palace of the Lost City.
