Enter through the front door and walk straight into a well-stocked wine cellar just off the spacious garage. Once finished browsing the fine wines on display walk up a short flight of stairs to the first-floor balcony which is furnished with a dining table, an outside pool and spectacular views of the ocean span out in front of the property. This floor also features a Jacuzzi and sauna. Journey up all the other three floors using the indoor lift or the elegant glass staircase to perfectly appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and views over the Atlantic.
Casa Grace is a high tech residence fitted out with an automation system which runs throughout the house offering guests easy control of lighting, various sound systems, blinds, and the TVs through one device. There are two TV’s situated on the ground floor in separate lounges: the winter lounge and the summer lounge. The summer lounge is set in an open plan fashion with a bar with glass sliding doors which open out on to the balcony. The winter lounge is just off the entrance of the house and offers a comfortable and lush space with a fireplace. The first floor also features a luxury home cinema, offering a lush cinematic experience.
The first three floors house 5 en-suite bedrooms and one presidential master bedroom. 4 of the 5 en-suites offer luxury and privacy with Egyptian cotton sheets and Queen-sized beds, while the 5th bedroom has a King-size bed, fitted with mood lighting under the bed and opens out onto a private terrace with a Jacuzzi and Koi pond. The presidential master bedroom offers a walk-in closet, separate lounge with a TV and a spectacular 260-degree view of the mountain range and the sea.
The steam shower offers an electronic film which provides exceptional views when open. The whole top floor is designed in an open-plan fashion to offer the most space for entertaining and relaxing. Featuring a fully fitted kitchen with Miele appliances, inside and outside dining setups, a lounge space, bar area, with a biofuel fireplace which elegantly conceals two 55-inch hide-away TV units which face both the dining and lounge areas.
