Coworkers To Swap London For Cape Town
CAPE TOWN, 11 September 2018 – Coworking Days – a global community network of Freelancers and Digital Nomads – has launched Coworking Safari South Africa, an innovative 14-day trip that will see Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs swapping London for Cape Town, The Great Karoo and the Garden Route.
The trip is scheduled for 21 November to 05 December 2018 and the itinerary kicks off in Cape Town where the group will be plugged directly into the hub for Africa’s growing startup scene with a welcome event at a local coworking space.
From Cape Town, the group will travel to a coworking safari lodge in the Great Karoo desert where daily safaris, wellness & fitness activities, healthy eating, workshops & networking events will be arranged while still affording the time to get some work done in the boutique lodge.
The trip then returns to Cape Town via South Africa’s famous Garden Route – for sunsets, seafood and surfing, staying in a beach lodge – just a stone’s throw away from the sea. They’ll then head back to the mother city to get involved in the local startup scene – coworking with local entrepreneurs in a city centre coworking space.
“An entrepreneur’s journey can be challenging and is often lonely – so collaboration and inspiration from others is a must. Being surrounded by like-minded people in the beauty of South Africa will help Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs to find their dreams and inspire others to do the same,” says Simon Lewis, owner of Travel Concept Solutions (TCS) and a founding member of Coworking Safari South Africa.
