Africa Albida Tourism Leads The Way
In a first for Zimbabwe hospitality, Africa Albida Tourism is pleased to announce that as of 01 August it will be going to 24-hour reservations, cementing its position as a leader in the industry in Zimbabwe.
“This move has been implemented to better serve the needs of our customers not in the same time zones as we are, for example, Australia, USA and Asia”, said Ross Kennedy, Chief Executive.
The group’s central reservations, located at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, will be operating 24 hours every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Two new Sales Consultants have been added to the current team to boost resources, and both have undergone extensive training to equip them for their new roles. Darlington Kowo has been working at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge Front Desk as a receptionist, while Innocent Mtero joins the group from Victoria Falls Tourlink.
In another development Africa Albida Tourism will also be introducing a LiveChat box on its website, to facilitate real-time enquiries online.
“As a group, we are acutely aware of how quickly the world is changing, and we want to position ourselves in line with current trends and requirements”, added Kennedy.
